Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are not applicable once an order is printed and shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

To request a refund:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

Provide order number and photos of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

We reserve the right to deny refunds for issues not caused by us (e.g., low-resolution images provided by the customer).
